4 cups sifted confectioner's sugar (approx. 1#)
6 Tbsp. water

Beat all ingredients at low speed for 7-10 minutes. (10-12 minutes on high speed) until icing forms peaks.

When using larger counter top mixer or for stiffer icing, use 1Tbsp. less water
