Crust:
2 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine, melted


Filling:
2 - 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. mini marshmallows



Topping:
1 c. mini marshmallows
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 T. shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crust ingredients and press onto bottom and sides of springform pan. Set aside.
Beat cream cheese, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs; beat on low just until combined. Stir in chocolate chips and marshmallows. Pour over crust. Bake at 325コ for 40-45 minutes or until the center is almost set. Sprinkle with marshmallows. Bake 4-6 minutes longer or until marshmallows are puffed.
Meanwhile, melt chips and shortening. Stir until smooth and drizzle over marshmallows. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Carefully run a knife around edge of pan to loosen; cool 1 hour longer. Refrigerate overnight. Remove sides of pan.
