Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Add enough water to cover roast. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours. Reduce heat to LOW and cook for 3 more hours. Place meat on buttered and toasted bun/bread and dip in au jus from crock pot. We love to add a slice of Swiss cheese. This is tooooo good!
