2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3/4 cans hunts meatloaf fixins
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 t. salt
1/2 t. garlic
1/4 t. pepper
24 single saltine crackers, crushed
1 can cream of mushroom soup ( for the top )

Mix all ingredients( except soup ) well and pack into a large loaf pans that has been lined w/foil. Cover with mushroom soup and cook at 350 for 1 hour or until done.
