Ingredients:  
1/2 Cup Shortening
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla
1 T Molasses
1 Cup Sugar
1 Egg

MIX WELL AND ADD:

1 Cup Flour
3/4 tsp Baking Soda

GRIND AND ADD TO MIXTURE:

1 Cup Oatmeal
1/3 Cup Raisins
1/3 Cup Dates
1/3 Cup Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Drop on ungreaded Cookie Sheets.

Bake at 350 - 10 to 15 min.
