Mix:

2 Cups Flour
2 T. Instant Coffee
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/8 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt

Add:

2/3 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Rum Extract
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and Roll into a log and chill. Slice and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 400º - 8 min.
