Romaine Lettuce - 1 bunch tear up
2 cubed apples
2 cubed pears
1 c. cashews
6 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
6 oz. pkg craisins

1/2 c. sugar
2 t. chopped onions
1/2 t. salt
1 T. poppyseed
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 t. Dijon honey mustard
2/3 c. oil

Make dressing a day before and refrigerate.
