Mix above and marinate chicken in it overnight. Roll chicken in bread crumbs and let set for one hour. Mix 1/4 lb. margarine and 1/4 butter. Melt half of mixture in bottom of jelly roll pan. Place chicken in pan and pour remaining melted butter mixture over chicken. Cover with foil and bake in 350º oven for 1/2 hour. Uncover, baste and bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes longer.
