1 white cake mix
8oz. of cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 small carton cool whip
1 package of strawberry junket mix (Danish Dessert)
strawberries or raspberries

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare a white cake mix according to the directions in a 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes and then cool. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and cool whip together; spread on cooled cake and refrigerate. Mix strawberry junket mix (Danish Dessert). Spread on cake and then top with berries. If frozen, make sure you drain the remained juice from berries.
