4-6 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (16oz) jar - alfredo sauce
1 box - linguini noodles
1/2 - 1 c. - sliced carrots
1 small can - sliced mushrooms (you can use fresh)
Italian seasoning
Chicken broth
Olive oil

Slice chicken breasts into strips or chuncks. Coat with Italian seasoning. Brown in pan coated lightly with olive oil. Cook noodles as directed. Drain. In medium to large sauce pan, over medium heat, add sauce and warm. Once sauce begins to warm, add vegetables and mushrooms. Cook sauce until veggies are warm and slightly tender. The carrots may stay slightly crunchy. Thin sauce out by adding chicken broth as needed. You can add the chicken directly into the sauce and serve the noodles. You can also serve with the chicken directly on the noodles with the sauce on top.
