5 T butter 1 medium onion chopped 1 lbs frozen broccoli 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 soup can of milk 1 small jar cheese whiz 1 cup instant rice
Melt butter in pan, saute onions. Add frozen broccoli and heat until broccoli thaws. Add soup, milk, cheese and heat until cheese melts. Stir in rice. Pour into ungreased 2 qt casserole dish. Bake @ 350º for 30 minutes.
