2 large potatoes, diced
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 sweet onion, diced
1 head of lettuce, shredded
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in salt water. Fry onions & bacon together, pour 1/2 grease off. Drain cooked potatoes, add to bacon & onions. Add vinegar & water, heat to boil. Add hot mixture to shredded lettuce, toss and serve.
