4 Cups Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Ground Ginger
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
3/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter
3/4 Cup Molasses
1/2 Cup Buttermilk


Directions:
Directions:
Mix Soda, Salt, Ginger, Baking Powder, Sugar, and mix in Butter, Buttermilk and Molasses.

Add Flour and mix well.

Bake at 400 - 7 to 10 min.
