1 c. Ricotta Cheese
1/2 c. grated Mozzarella
1/4 c. Parmesan Cheese
1 10 oz. pkg. Hungry Jack Flaky refrigerated biscuits
20 thin slices pepperoni

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cheeses in a bowl and mix. Halve each biscuit horizontally forming 20 thin biscuits. Place a piece of pepperoni just off center and top with teaspoon of cheese mixture. Fold dough over and pinch together to seal. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet at 350 for 20 minutes.
