Chicken breasts
pepper, flour
margarine
1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. dry white wine
1/2 c. chicken broth
2 T. lemon juice
fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken breasts 1/2 inch thin. Sprinkle with pepper and dredge with flour. Melt a little margarine and saute 3-4 min per side til light brown. Remove and keep warm.
To pan add 1 T. margarine and saute: 1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms, 1 minced clove of garlic.
Replace chicken in pan, add liquids. Cover and simmer 7-10 min. basting often. Sauce will thicken. Top with fresh parsley

note from Rykie: I use this recipie alot and substitute the wine for marsala and take out the lemon juice for an excellent Chicken Marsala.
