1 C. Margarine
1 C. brown sugar
1 egg
1/3 C. light molasses
2 T. orange juice
3 C. Flour
1 C. whole wheat flour
3 t. Cinnamon
2 t. ginger
1 t. cloves
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and brown sugar. Add egg and beat until fluffy. Blend in molasses and orange juice. Mixing well, sift together flours, cinnamon, ginger, cloves,soda,and salt. Stir in creamed mixture and chill. Roll out on lightly floured surface and cut out shapes. Place on ungreased cookie sheets, Bake at 375º degrees for 8 minutes or until golden brown. If they bubble, they will go down as they cool. Decorate with store bought icicng or make from scratch.
