1 8oz package Cream Cheese
1 stick of Butter
2 tsp. Peppermint extract
Pinch of salt
Enough powdered Sugar to form dough
Granulated Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, butter, mint extract and salt with electric mixer. Gradually add in powdered sugar, when stiff enough to roll into small balls stop. Roll balls in granulated sugar, and press into molds or leave in balls.
