3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 yellow pepper, chopped
2 ribs celery
1 lb. sausage (Italian, smoked or Polish)
4 chicken breasts (cubed)
1 1/2 c ham (cubed)
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp cracked pepper
2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 can chicken broth
1 can diced tomatoes
1 small can tomato paste
1/4 c white wine
1 pkg frozen peas
1 lb shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté in olive oil garlic, onion, peppers, and celery. Add and brown sausage, chicken and ham.

Add spices and worcestershire sauce, then broth, tomatoes, paste, and wine. Simmer for 1 hour then add 1 can okra or frozen peas and 1/2 cup rice. Cook until rice is tender.

Add 1 lb. fresh shrimp, peeled and de-veined. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
