4 cups olive oil
3 Tbs. and 1 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
3 tbs. and 1 3/4 tsp. dried oregano
3 Tbs. and 1 3/4 tsp. dried basil
2 Tbs. and 2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbs. and 2 tsp. salt
2 Tbs. and 2 tsp. onion powder
2 Tbs. and 2 tsp. dijon-style mustard
5 1/3 cups red wine vinegar

Directions:
In a very large container, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, basil, pepper, salt, onion powder and mustard. Pour in the vinegar, and mx vigorously until well blended. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
