6 cups frozen shredded potatoes
4 green onions, chopped
1 Tbs. green bell pepper, diced
2 cups sharp cheese, shredded
2 cups cubed ham
6 large eggs
1/4 cup canned or regular milk
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Make two layers of the potatoes, onions, pepper, cheese and ham, starting with the potatoes on the bottom of a greased 8" pan. Then mix the eggs, milk, sour cream, salt and pepper together and pour over the potato layers. Bake at 400º for 55 minutes (if made ahead and cold from being in the fridge, you may need to bake it a few minutes longer, until lightly browned on top).
