1 cup real butter
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon extract
2 eggs
1 cup white sugar
4 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except for flour, cream of tartar and baking soda. Beat until fluffy. Mix in other ingredients. Mix well and chill. Roll into 1 or 1 1/2 inch balls. Roll in sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and press down ball with a fork. Bake at 375º for 8-10 minutes.
