1 cup butter (or butter-flavored Crisco)
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 Tbs. almond extract
1 Tbs. vanilla
6 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
dash salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar; add one egg at a time while mixing; add sour cream, flavoring, and dry ingredients. Chill dough for 2 hours. Roll out on a flour board. Cut with cookie cutters. Bake on greased cookie sheets at 375º.

For frosting I buy either sour cream or vanilla flavored frosting and then add softened cream cheese with lots more vanilla and almond extract. YUM! YUM!
