1 head lettuce
1-2 c. cauliflower, cut up
1/2 c. celery
1 med. onion, cut up
1 c. peas
2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
1 T. lemon juice
bacon, fried and crumbled or bacon bits
2 c. shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Layer lettuce, cauliflower, celery, onion and peas in a 9x13 dish or Tupperware. Mix mayonnaise, sugar and lemon juice, pour over vegetables. Sprinkle on bacon and cheese.
