1 large can chili beans 1 quart tomatoes 1 large onion 1 green pepper 2 stalks celery 1 tsp. salt garlic salt to taste 1 Tbs. curry powder 1 Tbs. chili powder 1 Tbs. cumin 2 Tbs. parsley flakes 1 tsp. oregano 1 lb. hamburger or more, if desired
Optional 1 can musrooms 1 can sliced ripe olives
Brown and drain hamburger. Finely chop onion, green pepper and celery. Add all ingredients to crockpot and simmer or cook slowly on the stove.
