2 oz smooth peanut butter
1/2 stick butter, room temperature
1 box Jiffy white cake mix
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg white
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or longer.
Make balls the size of small walnuts. Roll in powdered sugar.
Bake on parchment paper or greased cookie sheet for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
