1 lb - frozen shredded hash browns (thawed)
2 c. - whipping cream
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. green onions (shopped
1 tsp. - salt
1/4 tsp. - pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Combine hash browns, whipping cream, 1 1/4 cups cheddar cheese, green onion, salt and pepper in a large bowl and mix well. Put into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
