1 large Chuck Roast
1 1/2 cups of water
Garlic onion powder (to taste)
Salt + Pepper (to taste)
2 cans of Mushroom soup
16 oz. egg noodles
1 can of Beef Broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cook one large Chuck Roast in Crock Pot on slow cook over night along with 1 cup of water. After eight hours, remove meat from crock pot and shred beef and add back to the crock pot. In a container prepare egg noodles according to packaging. Once complete add noodles to crock pot. Add 2 cans of mushroom soup, salt, pepper and garlic onion salt to taste. Blend together with broth till well mixed. Add additional broth in case the dish becomes to dry. (normally requires a can of beef broth)
