3 c. Bisquick baking mix 12-16 oz. chedder cheese 1 lb. sausage, pork or Italian
Mix sausage and cheese together in a bowl with hands. Add Bisquick and mix well. Mixture will be sticky. Roll into 100 1 inch balls and place 1 inch apart on baking sheets. Bake for 18-20 minutes at 350º. Refrigerate for leftovers.
