1 Can Sockeye Salmon, 16 Oz
2/3 cup mayo
1 Tb chili sauce
1 Tb diced green pepper
1 Tsp grated onion
1 Tb diced pimento
Curry Powder to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Drain salmon and clean of any skin and bones. Flake. Add
chopped veggies and spices. Stir in mayo and check for
seasonings. Chill and serve with crackers.
