3 cups suger, 1 can lite beer, 1 egg, beaten, 1 tbsp water, melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and sugar in a bowl. Add beer. The mixture will foam. Mix just until blended. Put into a buttered loaf pan. Combine egg and water and use it to brush the top of the loaf. Let rise for 10 minutes. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes. Brush with melted butter while hot.
