4 Chicken breasts
3 cans white beans (great northern)
1 can chicken broth
1 tsp. garlic
1 medium white onion
1 4oz can diced green chilies
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. cumin
1/8 tsp. red pepper
For topping:
sour cream
monterey jack cheese
tabasco sauce
Doritos

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer chicken in water until done. Shred with fork, set aside. Saute garlic, onion, chilies, oregano, pepper, cumin and red pepper for a few minutes (until onions are clear). Add broth, chicken and beans. Simmer until flavors marry. Serve in a bowl topped with monterey jack cheese, sour cream and tabasco sauce, Doritos on the side.
