1 box (3oz.) orange jello
1 box (3 oz.) vanilla pudding
1 box (3 oz.) tapioca pudding
3 cups water (juice from oranges included to make 3 cups)
2 cups mandarin oranges, drained but save juice
8 oz. whipped topping
Directions:
Directions:
Mix gelatin and pudding together in saucepan. Add water and cook until thick. Cool. Add oranges and fold in whipped topping. Refrigerate until set.

Light, fluffy and refreshing. If we have a potluck at work someone is sure to bring this. It must be an Oshkosh thing.
