8 chicken breasts
lrg. jar artichoke hearts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. sliced, sauteed mushrooms
1 bunch green onions chopd finely
1/2 t. sour cream
1 1/4 C sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Skin and bone chicken breasts. Stuff with one or two artichokes. Mix cream, sherry, soup, onions and mushrooms. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 for 1-1/2 hrs, basting occasionally.
