1 1/4 lbs. lean pork or beef
1 chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
4 T. parsley
1/4 cup oil or bacon fat
1 can tomato soup
4 T. pimento
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 package noodles
1/2 lb. Velveeta cubed

Cut meat in cubes, fry in oil; add chopped onion, green pepper, noodles that have been boiled in salt water, cheese and other ingredients.
Bake 1 hour in casserole dish @ 350 oven.
