2 cans of pink salmon with skin and bone removed
1/4 cup of fine chopped onion
2 eggs
1 cup of fine cracker crumbs
1/2 cup of canned milk
1/4 tsp of dill weed
1 Tsp of lemon juice
1/2 tsp of pepper

1/2 cup of oil for frying

Directions:

Mix all of the above ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix well with your hands and make into small patties, about 4 inches in diameter. Fry in oil until golden brown on both sides, drain on paper towel, and serve hot.
