1 lb. hamburger
1/2 onion, chopped
1 green pepper
1 large can tomatoes
1 c. sour cream
1 c. elbow macaroni
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in skillet and drain. Return meat to skillet. Add onion and green pepper to skillet. Cook 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, sour cream, macaroni, salt and sugar. Mix together and simmer 30 minutes, covered.
