3 to 4 lb. beef brisket
2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp celery seed
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 to 11/2 tsp salt
2 tsp freshly ground pepper
Your favorite Barbecue sauce-1 cup or more

Select baking pan and line with foil if you wish , spray bottom of pan with Pam of oil. Place brisket in pan. Cover the brisket with first 5 ingredients( liquid smoke,garlic salt, onion salt, celery seed,worchestershire sauce.Cover with foil and marinate in the refrigerator over night. Add salt and pepper, cover with foil. Bake at 300 degrees for 5 hours. After 4 hours uncover and add your favorite barbeque sauce, pouring over the top. Bake uncovered 1 more hour.

I usually double thie recipe. I stack the 2 briskets one on top of the other, putting marinade in between and on top. I have made this for large groups. I have cooked it the day before I plan to serve it. I have served it in rolls as sandwiches. For dinner I serve baked beans, potatoes and salad. It is always a crowd pleaser.
