2 c sugar
6 oz ( c) heavy cream
c butter
1 c semi sweet chocolate chips
2 cs milk chocolate chips
2 tsp vanilla
1 c chopped macadamia nuts
6 oz whipped cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Butter sides of medium saucepan. Cook sugar, butter and heavy cream over medium heat. Stir constantly. After first bubble appears, cook 8 minutes. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and cream cheese. When mixture is cool to the touch, add vanilla and nuts and blend well. Pour into 9"x13" pan. Cover with foil and chill until firm.
