3/4 c. - creamy peanut butter
2/3 c. - butter (softened)
1 c. - packed brown sugar
1/2 c. - sugar
2 - eggs
1tsp. - vanilla extract
1 3/4 c. - all purpose flour
1 tsp. - baking powder
1/3 c. - milk
1 c. - peanut butter chips

Frosting:
1/4 c. - butter (softened)
1/4 c. - baking cocoa
2 T - milk
1 T - light corn syrup
1 tsp. - vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. - confectioners' sugar
1/3 c. - peanut butter chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º
- in a large mixing bowl, cream peanut butter, butter and sugars
- beat in eggs and vanilla
- combine the flour and baking powder; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk
- stir in chips
- spread into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan
- bake at 325º for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean (do not overbake)
- cool on a wire rack

Frosting:
- in a small mixing bowl, combine the butter, cocoa, milk, corn syrup and vanilla
- gradually add confectioners' sugar
- beat until smooth
- frost brownies
- sprinkle with chips
- cut into bars
