3 breasts of chicken: Cook chicken in skillet with salt,
pepper and water until no longer pink. Add 1-2
tablespoons oil to brown. Slice thinly at an angle, and
cover to keep warm. Set aside

10 oz.
Follow packaged directions

4 tbsp. butter
2 c. whipping cream
Bring to a low boil on low-medium heat. Reduce to low
heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
Pinch nutmeg.
Pinch of salt and pepper.

Stir in:
1 c. parmesan cheese and stir and cook until melted.

Serve alfredo over fettuccini and top with sliced
