1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. flour
c. baking cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. pecans or almonds, chopped
1 tsp. sugar
48 Rolos

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugars with butter until fluffy. Add vanilla and
eggs and beat well. Combine flour, cocoa, and baking
soda together. Gradually add to sugar mixture. Stir in
half of the nuts. Refrigerate for one hour. Combine
remaining nuts with tablespoon of sugar and set aside.
Shape 1 tablespoon dough around a Rolo, then press
on side into nut mixture. Set cookie nut side up on
cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 for 7-10 minutes or until slightly cracked.
Cool for 2 minutes and remove form cookie sheet.
