1 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
Grease an 8 inch square baking pan. Mix together 1 c. flour with powdered sugar. Add butter and mix with a pastry cutter to form a dough. Pat firmly and evenly into the bottom of the pan and bake 15 -20 minutes at 350. While that is baking, beat eggs slightly; add remaining 2 tbsp. flour and stir until blended. Stir in lime juice. Pour onto warm crust and bake for 20 - 25 minutes more. Let cool and sprinkle with 2 tbsp. or more of powdered sugar.
