2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbs. oil
1/2 cup soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and pour into a Ziploc bag. Put cuts of steak into the bag, seal bag tight, and leave it for a couple of hours in the refrigerator, turning occasionally to coat each piece thoroughly. Grill on the barbeque and enjoy! (Discard the leftover marinade.)
