4 egg whites
1 tsp. cream of tarter
4 C. powdered sugar

your favorite food coloring and sprinkles

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites with cream of tarter until stiff. Gradually add 2 cups sugar, beat 10 minutes. Beat in last two cups of sugar gradually and beat 10 minutes more. Put in a tightly sealed container.

Frost your favorite roll out cookies!
