3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
2 Tbs. cajun seasoning
1 Tbs. garlic powder
1 Tbs. onion powder
5 cups BBQ sauce (any flavor you would like)
6 lbs. pork or beef ribs

Directions:
Directions:
Place ribs in slow cooker. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Remove 1 cup and refrigerate. Pour the rest over the ribs.

Cook on low for 8 hours. Uncover and skin fat from surface. Use reserved sauce for dipping or to coat the top of the ribs.
