1½ lbs ricotta cheese
1 lbs cream cheese
1½ c sugar
1 pint sour cream
6 eggs
6 Tbsp flour
2 tsp vanilla
Juice of a lemon
¾ c softened butter
¼ c sugar
2 scant c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, ¼ c sugar and 2 c flour. Pat in the bottom of two 10” springform pans. In a bowl, cream cheeses together and add remaining ingredients one at a time (including eggs) in order, mixing after each addition. Beat until smooth and pour over crusts in pans. Bake at 325º for 40 minutes. Leave in oven for 2 hours with oven turned off. Chill and serve with your favorite topping.
