Directions:
Remove 2 c batter from prepared cake mix (maybe make cupcakes with it?) and pour remainder in a 9”x13” pan and bake per package directions. Watch closely as it will probably not need to bake quite as long. Whip cream with ½ c powdered sugar. In separate bowl, blend cream cheese with remaining sugar and fold in whipped cream. Spread mixture on cooled cake and chill. Strain berries to remove seeds. Mix juice with sugar and cornstarch in a heavy saucepan. Cook over low heat until almost clear. Chill and spread on cake. Chill cake overnight before serving.
