24 medium tomatoes – washed, peeled, quartered and cooked for 1 hour.
3 large onions, chopped
4 green peppers, chopped and seeded
4 anaheim peppers, chopped and seeded
6 jalapeno peppers, chopped and seeded
1 medium garlic clove, minced
3 Tbsp sugar
5 Tbsp brown sugar
¼ c cider vinegar
6 tsp salt

Directions:
While simmering tomatoes, skim off 4-5 c juice. Add vegetables and cook covered for 45 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer covered for ½ hour longer. Can in mason jars. 6 pints
