2 Tbsp oil
1 lb hamburger
2 buds minced garlic
1 can tomato sauce
#2 can tomatoes (2½ c)
1½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
½ tsp oregano
8 oz lasagna noodles
½ lb sliced swiss cheese
¾ lb cottage cheese
½ c parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, garlic in oil. Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, salt, pepper and oregano and cover and simmer 15 – 20 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Meanwhile, cook noodles. Alternate in casserole, layers of noodles, cheeses, meat mixture and parmesan. End with meat and parmesan. Bake 15 – 20 minutes at 375º.
