1 large can salmon
8 oz cream cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp grated onion
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp snipped parsley
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Drain salmon, remove none and skin
Use hands to mix salmon, cream cheese, juice, onion and salt.

Chill for several hours.

Combine pecans and parsley; make mixture into log shape. Log should be approximately 8 x 2 inches.

Place on serving dish, garnish with cherries. Serve chilled with club crackers.
